Who is Hilde? Hilde, 47, lives high in the mounta

Who is Hilde?

Hilde, 47, lives high in the mountains at Ustaoset between Bergen and Oslo and two national parks.
She shares her mountain home with three dogs and runs Vinternatt on her own.

She is trained as a singer, outdoor guide, and sauna master.
Her passion for nature etiquette, closeness, and embodied well-being is slightly above average.

With many years of experience guiding people through winter, spring, summer, and autumn, Hilde leads activities such as ice bathing, sauna rituals, ice fishing, snowshoe hikes, outdoor sleeping, and children’s camps.
Music is an essential part of her background, and she weaves singing and sound into her rituals as a grounding and atmospheric element.

Hilde walks daily in the landscape beneath Hallingskarvet, gathering herbs, plants, and berries that she shares with you in the sauna.
She knows the mountain, what grows around us, and the animals that live there.
